The “Information and Communication Security Guide” has been issued by the Presidency Digital Office within the scope of the Presidential Circular dated 06.07.2019 and numbered 2019/12, which prescribes the Information and Communication Security measures that must be taken by public institutions and businesses providing critical infrastructure services, and it has been approved on 24.07.2020.
It is obligatory to comply with the Circular stipulating the Information and Communication Security measures by all public institutions and businesses providing critical infrastructure services in order to ensure the security of critical data that it may threaten national security or cause disruption of public order, in case which it’s confidentiality, integrity or accessibility has been impaired.
